Sunday Rolls

3/4 cup warm water
2 eggs
2 T yeast
1 cup flour
2 T honey
1 T salt
2 cups scalded milk
1 cube butter
6-7 cups flour
Recipe instruction

Scald 2 cups milk and add butter.  Stir till melted and cooled til warm.  Mix 3/4 c warm water, eggs, yeast and 1 cup flour together.  Add honey and salt to yeast mixture.  Add flour and milk alternately until dough pulls away from side of mixture.  Knead 8-10 mins total.  Form into rolls and allow to rise double in size.  Bake 350° for 20 mins or until top is golden brown.
