Mix yeast and water. Add sugar, salt, oil and 2 cups flour. Add one cup more flour, knead until smooth and elastic. Place in greased bowl. Raise for 1 hour. Roll out onto pizza pan. Top with favorite pizza ingredients (spaghetti sauce, Canadian bacon, veggies, pineapple). Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 20-30 minutes.
Makes one large or two small to medium pizzas.
